Profile required
Studies in a business school or equivalent.
Required skills:
- Writing, editorial and graphic skills.
- Software required: Office 365, Adobe suite (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Fluent in English, ideally bilingual.
Personal skills:
- Marketing awareness: understanding business and market challenges.
- Curiosity and ability to make suggestions.
- Ability to listen and availability.
- Team spirit and social capacity.
- Responsiveness and organisational skills.
- Creative thinking.
Missions
This different roles, which may be subject to change:
Operational and promotional marketing:
- Preparing sales tools (presentations, brochures, photos and videos, graphics, etc.) for the sales teams and our distributors and partners.
- Set up of product launch campaigns, in collaboration with the Marketing/Communications team and the sales teams.
- Production of communication media for our customers, to promote our BtoC solutions.
Trade shows & events:
- Organisation of trade shows and coordination with the sales teams.
- Preparation of communication materials for VOGO events.
Internal communications:
- Managing VOGO’s internal communication tools: internal newsletters and induction programme for new employees.
