SOCOVATP teams have noted communication problems when they are on site. Communication is unclear and discontinuous, which causes fatigue and stress as a result of the shouting they have to do to hear each other and the noise of the horns.
It is difficult to protect people from outside the site because of communication problems between team members.
The deployed solution
