The brief
Deploy relevant audio and video solutions in all areas of the Saint-Denis Aquatic Center, to improve swimmers’ performance thanks to live video feedback accessible via tablets, touch screens and dedicated Cloud.
The deployed solution
The Saint-Denis Aquatic Centre is equipped with the VOGOSCOPE solution, in partnership with the Recrea Group. This advanced live and replay video solution aims to improve athletes’ performance by offering them instant video feedback accessible via tablets, touch screens and a dedicated cloud.
The deployment of the VOGOSCOPE solution within the center includes several installations, in particular :
- Bassin de plongeon : installation de deux caméras subaquatiques et trois caméras hors d’eau, reliées à une tablette et un écran tactile.
- Olympic pool: installation of six underwater cameras, two overhead cameras, a tablet and a touch screen.
- Dry diving zone: a combination of fixed and mobile cameras, accompanied by tablets and dedicated screens.

The result
Optimizing sports performance
Thanks to underwater and above-water cameras, athletes and their coaches can analyse their movements and techniques in detail, in real time or off-line. This enables precise corrections to be made and performance to be improved rapidly.
Immersive and interactive experience
Spectators, coaches and officials benefit from improved visibility of training sessions and competitions thanks to live coverage and broadcasts on screens, tablets or smartphones, offering a more immersive and educational experience.
Instant analysis and replay
Athletes and coaches have immediate access to videos so they can adjust their technique in real time. Digitalising video analysis simplifies the management of training sessions and competitions, and reduces the infrastructure costs associated with installing complex systems.

“This partnership will enable the Saint-Denis Aquatic Centre to be at the cutting edge of technology. Over and above this project, it’s a new opportunity for us to digitize the facilities entrusted to us. This objective is perfectly in line with our vocation: to provide our users with ever more innovations to enhance their sporting activities.”
